It dematerializes the procedures, deepens transparency to raise the level of moral and professional ethics and thus neutralizes corruption, strengthens the capacities of customs officers and customs auxiliaries, sanctions whenever necessary to always raise the level of requirement. Cyclone Kenneth: An IMF mission in Moroni to assess the needs of the public and private sector
